If you want to change versions or options of specific parts of the pipeline, please open an issue on our GitHub and create a pull request if you have already modified the scripts on your own. Similarly, if you have feature requests or modalities you would like to add to the pipeline processing tree, we prefer using GitHub to keep a record of contributions.
